No-holds-barred Gothenburg rock n roll band Hardcore Superstar have just released their new album, You Can’t Kill My Rock ‘N Roll. This latest collection of 12 visceral tracks makes up the group’s 11th studio album and aims to prove the band’s assertion that Rock isn’t dead. In fact, they say it’s ‘alive and well and thriving in Sweden.’

“You Can’t Kill My Rock ‘N Roll” isn’t just a statement of confrontation and rebellion,’ say the band, ‘It’s a celebration of everything we love, the music, the lifestyle, this is our religion, it’s our choice, and it’s everything we believe in”

They back this up with the provocative cover featuring three smoking and drinking nuns as well as a giant sound and perhaps their most energetic performances on record yet. The album was preceded at the tail end of last year by the single Have Mercy On Me which garnered a great critical reception across Europe. Four other singles released this year have only heightened anticipation for the full record. Packed with hooks and delivered with confident aggression there’s no let up from the opening burst of AD/HD until the closer, Goodbye. The LP was recorded in 2017 and early 2018 at the Österlyckan (Wooden Hybrid) Studios near Gothenburg, produced by the band and mixed by Dino Medanhodzic in Stockcholm. It’s available in all the usual formats: digital, CD and gatefold vinyl.

A lengthy world tour has been planned that will see Hardcore Superstar on the road for much of the next two years. Dates announced so far are:
