Sheryl Crow, Keith Urban, and Bailey Zimmerman will join country stars Luke Combs, Eric Church, Billy Strings, and James Taylor for the "Concert for Carolina" benefit concert on Saturday, October 26, at Charlotte’s Bank of America Stadium. More artists are expected to be announced soon. The event, unveiled earlier this week, has already generated significant excitement from fans, artists, and sponsors across the country.

Tickets for the concert, hosted by ESPN's Marty Smith and Barstool Sports' Caleb Pressley, will go on sale tomorrow, October 10, at 10:00 AM ET. The event is presented by Explore Asheville and the Buncombe County Tourism Development Authority, with further information available at www.concertforcarolina.com.

Proceeds from the concert, including sponsorships, will be split evenly between Luke Combs' and Eric Church’s charitable foundations, with funds directed to organizations supporting disaster relief efforts across the Carolinas and the Southeast.

Luke Combs’ contributions will benefit groups such as Samaritan’s Purse, Manna Food Bank, Second Harvest Food Bank of Northwest NC, and Eblen Charities. Eric Church’s Chief Cares Foundation will focus on providing aid through established charities working directly with families impacted by Hurricane Helene.

Fans who are unable to attend the concert can still contribute by making donations to The North Carolina Community Foundation Disaster Relief Fund or other organizations listed on the event's official website.

The "Concert for Carolina" is made possible thanks to the support of David and Nicole Tepper, Tepper Sports & Entertainment, Explore Asheville, Biltmore Estate, T-Mobile, Jack Daniel’s, Whataburger, Miller Lite, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina, Belk, Lowe’s, and Atrium Health.

Hometown Heroes Give Back

Luke Combs, born near Charlotte and raised in Asheville, has deep ties to North Carolina. After starting his music career while attending Appalachian State University, Combs has returned to the state for several milestone performances, including his first headlining stadium show at Appalachian State's Kidd Brewer Stadium in 2021 and back-to-back sold-out concerts at Bank of America Stadium in 2023.

Eric Church, originally from Granite Falls, North Carolina, began performing in the region before launching his career in Nashville. He continues to spend time in his home state and recorded his recent album, Heart & Soul, in the Appalachian Mountains. A member of the North Carolina Music Hall of Fame, Church has received multiple honors, including the prestigious North Carolina Award in 2022. He recently released the song “Darkest Hour” to support relief efforts, with all royalties donated to those affected.

North Carolina’s Impact on Music Legends

Though Billy Strings hails from Michigan, his career has been strongly shaped by North Carolina, home to some of his most loyal fans. Strings frequently performs in the state, including an upcoming six-night run at Asheville’s ExploreAsheville.com Arena.

James Taylor, who moved to Chapel Hill as a child, has had a profound connection to North Carolina throughout his life. His childhood in the state inspired many of his iconic songs, including "Copperline" and "Carolina in My Mind." A celebrated musician, Taylor has sold over 100 million albums and won multiple Grammy Awards. He was inducted into the North Carolina Music Hall of Fame in 2009 and continues to hold a special place in the hearts of North Carolinians.
