Another rumour is circulating about the identity of one of the members of the new X Factor judging panel for 2013. The latest in a long line of people that are apparently being approached by show bosses is current judge Gary Barlow’s Take That band mate Robbie Williams.

It is already apparent that not all, if any of the judges that were on the 2012 show will be returning this year after crisis talks were apparently held in order to work out how to boost the show’s ratings.

The Daily Star reported that show bosses want to get Robbie on with Gary so that hopefully sparks will fly between the two but that Robbie’s team have so far been resistant saying that the star has too many commitments.

The paper argues however that Gary had a busy schedule when he first joined the show and that bosses worked around it to accommodate him.

A source behind the scenes has told The Sun: "This is the dream team. We have been looking at the show and thinking the unthinkable.

"Robbie is exactly the right person for the show - but we don't want to lose Gary to get him. We want them both. Robbie's people are saying he is too busy to do the show.

"But we worked around Gary when he first joined the panel and he was touring with Take That and it was fine. We know Robbie loves the show and he and Gary have a great friendship and rivalry - there will be fireworks for sure."

The final judging panel has yet to be announced although it is unlikely that Tulisa will be returning and many names such as Sharon Osbourne have been floating around as possible replacements.
