Justin Bieber fans Outraged After He Appeared Onstage 2 Hours Late
- in Latest
Many younger Justin Bieber fans were left disappointed after his first show of four at the O2 in London when he ended up starting his performance almost 2 hours late.
The huge delay meant that a lot of the youngest fans were forced to leave the concert before he had even got on stage, leaving many of them angry and upset.
Bieber was meant to go on stage at 8.30pm but it was nearly 10.30 when he eventually appeared and gave no explanation as to why he was so late.
Some updates were posted through the O2’s Twitter account and at 10.36pm they posted: "Justin Bieber is now on stage and apologises for the lateness of his show."
They later said at 11.08pm: "Sorry to all the Justin Bieber fans for the lateness of his show tonight. The Tube will still be running when the show finishes."
The concert was scheduled to finish at 11pm but didn't end up finishing until 12pm which will likely result in Bieber incurring a fine as the O2 has an 11pm curfew.
A parent of one 12 year old that attended the concert said: "We have to drive back to Oxford now.
We have seen little kids leaving before the thing even started. At least we saw most of it, but it’s just terrible to leave early having spent so much money."
Another person on Twitter said: "Justin Bieber needs to understand he has fans that are really young he can't come on stage like 1 hour and 45 mins late on a school night!"
