Justin Bieber has come under fire again for being childish and throwing tantrums after he and his entourage refused to settle a $1,000 tattooist’s fee.

Tattooist Guy Sahar spoke to The Mirror after his run in with the teen pop sensation and labelled Bieber’s behaviour towards himself and the people around him “disgraceful”.

Sahar told the newspaper in an interview: "I was summoned to Justin’s hotel at 7pm by one of his minders, then I was put on standby all night.

"I finally got to the hotel at 6am. I was told money wasn’t a problem so we didn’t discuss prices. I spent four hours tattooing him and wasn’t even offered a glass of water.” When I said the bill was £1000, his bodyguard didn’t want to pay it.

"They snubbed me and tried to haggle over the money. In the end, I took £500 just so I could go.

"He’s a joke and a spoilt brat. When I was there, I also saw Justin throw a fit with his personal assistant. It was disgraceful."

Even Bieber’s mother has herself admitted that she now has no control over her son or his actions.

She recently said: "Our relationship has shifted from mum telling him what to do and being able to control certain aspects, to just being a voice and hopefully a friend in that voice.

"He’s growing up. He’s 19. He’s not my baby. We text, we talk. It’s difficult. It’s sporadic like any teenager."
