A second series of the Big Reunion has now officially been confirmed following the success of the first series and it has been revealed that producers are in talks with plenty of old favourites.
No acts have been set in stone to appear on the show as yet but it has already been revealed that Big Brovaz have been approached and there are rumours that East 17, S Club 7, A1, All Saints and Eternal have all been in talks as well. An insider told The Sun: "The first series did so well, it was always a no-brainer to give it a second run. We are still in the process of approaching bands, but we are confident of getting brilliant names on board. Names should be confirmed within the next two weeks."
There are also currently talks about ITV2 doing a follow-up series showing how bands from the first have coped during their arena tour. The source continued: "The follow-up will give viewers a chance to see the first series’ acts again and fill the gap between now and series two."
All Saints have reportedly turned down the chance to appear on the show and Kelle Bryan of Eternal has also apparently made it clear that she would not like to take part though this of course doesn’t rule out the others doing so. By Sarah Marie Jones
