YouTube sensations The Lonely Island have revealed an impressive list of artists that will be collaborating with them on their upcoming studio album.

The group first appeared on Saturday Night Live in the US but found international fame with YouTube hits including Jizz in My Pants and I'm on a Boat and will now be releasing their third studio album The Whack Album.

Lady Gaga and Justin Timberlake will appear in the song 3-Way (The Golden Rule), the video for which premièred on Saturday Night Live.

Other artists that are confirmed as appearing on the album include Pharrell Williams, Adam Levine, Billie Joe Armstrong, T-Pain, Kendrick Lamar and Solange.

The Lonely Island will be promoting the new album with a series of videos through their YouTube channel called “Whack Wednesdays” where they will also preview visuals for each of the album tracks.

The first instalment was uploaded today featuring James Franco and Zach Galifianakis with many more instalments to follow.

The Whack Album will be released on 11th June.
