Sharon Osbourne Agrees to X Factor Deal

Sharon Osbourne has made a deal with X Factor bosses and will be returning for this year’s series.
She has reportedly clinched a £1.5 million deal with bosses of the show to return in place of Tulisa Contosavlos.
Newspaper The Mirror has reported Sharon’s return after an absence of 6 years from the show and are hoping that she will re-inject life into the flagging show.
A source told the newspaper: “Sharon and TV bosses feel there is very much unfinished business following her first stint on the show and are delighted that she has agreed to return.”
“It was never about the money for Sharon. She genuinely loves the programme and considers her previous time on the panel as being a very fulfilling time in her life.”
Sharon left the show after her first run because of friction between her and Dannii Minogue but she will now be appearing with Gary Barlow, Nicole Scherzinger and Louis Walsh who are all thought to be returning.
The source continued: “It's exciting times. Simon is over the moon that she's signing up. He thinks she will be a revelation second time around.”
“Simon knows that Sharon ruffles a fair few feathers and he hopes deep down that she will do the same on this year's panel.”
“While a contract has not been signed, a deal has been agreed with Sharon.”
