Will Smith has hinted at a possible imminent return to the music scene.

He revealed in an interview that he has been working with Kanye West but also said that had no idea as to when any new material would be released.

He said in an interview with HipHollywood: "I've been messing around with Kanye, we went to the studio a couple times. I might get the bug.

"I'm not gonna do it unless I'm truly inspired, but Ye's been pushing me a little bit."

Smith has had a long break from music, instead focussing on his acting career.

His last studio album was the record Lost and Found which was released back in 2005 and is best known for producing his last international hit Switch.

It is unlikely that we will see any new music from him at the moment as he is currently in the process of promoting his new film After Earth which will be released in cinemas in the US on 31st May and will follow with its UK release on 7th June.
