Jay-Z to Enter Sponsorship Deal With Samsung

Samsung are close to securing a deal with rapper Jay-Z for him to endorse their mobile products.
The deal is said to be worth $20 million and will see him become the face of Samsung’s mobile products.
As part of the agreement the New York Post has reported that Jay-Z is planning to launch his own streaming service in order to promote his own acts on mobile devices.
Jay-Z isn’t the only figure in music that has also made a name for themselves in the music technology industry.
Alicia Keys holds the role of creative director of Blackberry and fellow rapper Dr. Dre has a successful business with Beats headphones.
Once secured, the deal is said to be the biggest that the technology industry has ever seen.
Samsung recently announced their next smart phone apparently named the Galaxy S4 active which will be both water and dust proof.
