According to reports, Rihanna has been given a written warning by her record label.

The warning comes after a string of wild nights out while she has been on her Diamonds World Tour, some of which have resulted in her being late on stage and she has even hit one fan with a microphone while in the UK.

Jay-Z who owns Roc Nation, the label to which Rihanna is signed has slowly grown weary of her antics which he is worried are ruining her career.

An insider told Look magazine: "Everyone can see Rihanna's not behaving herself. Fans have paid hundreds of pounds for tickets and she's regularly showing up hours late.

"Then she often gives lacklustre performances where she even forgets her words at times. They issued a written warning which was emailed to Rihanna."

As well as Jay-Z becoming annoying with her behaviour, fans are also airing their views against the star on Twitter, condemning her poor performances.

The insider went on to explain Jay-Z’s feelings on the matter: "There's no excuse because, because Jay knows exactly how talented Rihanna can be on stage.

"He takes work very seriously and this is not what he expects from his talent. She'd better start giving her fans what they paid for."
