Korean rapper Psy has spoken out about his issues with alcohol.

He has admitted that the only time he doesn't drink is when he’s hungover and has even gone so far as to describe vodka as his "best friend" and “vice partner”.

He spoke out about his issues in an interview with The Sunday Times and said: "If I'm happy, I'm drinking, if I'm sad, I'm drinking. If it's raining, I'm drinking, if it's sunny, I'm drinking.”

He then went on to admit that he is hungover “a lot”.

He also went on to describe how he has an almost compulsive need for attention but is also glad that he has not had to change his physique unlike many celebrities in order to get to where he is now.

"I got famous with this kind of body," he said.

"Most celebrities are skinnier than me or taller than me and have smaller faces than me or bigger eyes than me."
