A Welsh school has adopted Beyonce hit Irreplaceable in order to encourage students to walk the right way through corridors in the busy school.

The track features the lyrics “to the left, to the left, everything you own in a box to the left” and is being used by Bryngwyn School in Llanelli, West Wales to remind pupils to stick to the left hand side when walking through the corridors.

The school’s head teacher Paul Jones told Metro: "The concept was an innovative and imaginative idea from pupils coming out of a school council meeting.

"The purpose was to improve the smooth and effective transition, as pupils and staff travel around school between busy lesson changeovers. It is quite surprising, not only do the pupils enjoy it, but they responded and it does work."
