James Corden has confirmed that he is to quit presenting the Brit Awards after he has presented the 2014 ceremony.
Corden has become the award’s longest serving presenter with next year being his fifth and final year.
He said in an interview: "I really love the Brits. I'm such a fan.
“I'll miss not doing it after this one but fully intend to enjoy every second of Brits 2014."
Corden had previously hinted about his intention to quit the awards when he spoke to BBC Radio 1’s Greg James back in September, telling him: "It's probably time to hand it over to someone younger and better looking."
There is no word as to who will replace him from 2015 as yet but stars tipped to take over the role include Fearne Cotton and Jack Whitehall.
