Liberty X have revealed that they would be keen to work on new material but are unsure whether plans to do so will go ahead as yet.

The band recently covered “I Wish it Could be Christmas Everyday” along with the rest of the acts that took part in the Big Reunion but as yet they are undecided as to if they will be recorded any original music together once again.

Kevin Simm of the band said: "We've had loads of fun gigging and doing stuff like that, but whether we'd have time to do all that again, that's a different story I guess.

"I think, compared to when we first started [The Big Reunion] to up to this point, we're definitely more of the opinion that maybe it might be a cool idea.

"But also we're pretty realistic and we wouldn't want to do it and it flops and we'd look like idiots. We just have to weigh that up really."

“I Wish it Could be Christmas Everyday” is released on December 15th and the proceeds from the single will all be going towards ITV’s Text Santa appeal.
