Noddy Holder to Earn £800,000 This Year From Famous Christmas Song

Slade’s front man Noddy Holder is set to earn a whopping £800,000 this year from the band’s festive favourite song “Merry Xmas Everybody”.
A list was compiled showing the festive tracks that bring in their writers the most in royalties over the festive period.
The 1973 hit topped the list with the Pogues’ hit “Fairytale of New York” coming second with an estimated potential to earn its writers £520,000.
Mariah Carey completes the top three potentially standing to earn £455,000 from “All I Want for Christmas is you”.
