Amazon Refuse to Stock New Beyoncé Album
- in Latest
Amazon have revealed that they will not be stocking physical copies of Beyoncé’s new album following its exclusive launch on iTunes a whole week ahead of other retailers being able to sell it.
The self-titled album from Beyoncé was surprise released on iTunes following an exclusive deal with Apple and Amazon is the second retailer to announce that it will not be selling it along with Target.
Internet shoppers will still be able to buy the MP3 version of the album from Amazon and there will be copies available from third party sellers.
As well as their snubbing Beyoncé and her record label, Amazon have also suggested that they may be taking further action for giving preferential treatment to Apple.
