Boy band Blue have announced that they are planning to release a book in which they will tell all about their exploits during the height of their fame.

The band, made up of Duncan James, Lee Ryan, Antony Costa and Simon Webbe, will go into great detail about their personal lives and detail what they expect will be controversial stories of their younger days.

"There's going to be so much good stuff in there. We've all shagged so many women - uncountable amounts,” Duncan told The Sun.

"We've done everything possible. Nothing could possibly shock us now. It's going to be so kinky. The stories will just be unbelievable."

Back at the height of the band's popularity from 2000 to 2005, it was generally thought that Lee and Duncan were the lady's men of the group but Duncan revealed that Antony has just as much female attention.

"Antony was just as bad, if not worse than me or Lee.

"He's settled now, but people will be shocked at the things we reveal."
