Lily Allen has revealed the title of her new album but has also had to defend it, saying that it is not a “piss take” of Kanye West.

Allen revealed that her new collection will be called “Sheezus”, which is an obvious reference to the rapper’s 2013 album “Yeezus”.

After some speculation, Allen took to Twitter to assure fans that she isn’t making fun of West.

She tweeted: “It's an homage, not a piss take. #SHEEZUS”.

“Sheezus” will be released later this year although an exact release date has yet to be confirmed.

The latest single from the album, “Air Balloon” will be release on March 2nd.
