Rickey Charles Goodrich, Pearl Jam’s former business manager has been convicted and sent to prison for stealing money from the band.

He admitted to stealing $380,000 (£232,643) from the band whilst working in the finance department of their management company.

The 44 year old managed to pilfer the money during the four years he was working for Pearl Jam.

It has been reported that Goodrich was discovered after the band hired a private investigator in order to prove their suspicions that he was stealing money from them.

Goodrich will now serve a 14 month prison sentence.
