Lorde’s Pure Heroine Sells Over a Million Copies in the US

Write a comment Lorde’s debut album “Pure Heroine” has passed the million sales mark in the US.
According to Nielsen SoundScan, the album has now sold 1.1 million copies after having sold 30,000 copies last week.
The feat means that Lorde is the first female artist to reach the landmark since Adele with her album “19” back in 2011.
“Pure Heroine” hasn't left the top 20 since it was released back in October and has spent 16 weeks in the top 10.
