Rita Ora Suing Merchandising Company
- in Latest
Rita Ora is reportedly suing a merchandising company for a sum of over $170,000.
Ora is claiming that Scottish firm GL Dameck Ltd owe her the amount because of a botched agreement that happened back in November 2012 regarding products that carry the singer’s name.
As part of the law suit, Ora is reportedly seeking an injunction in order to stop the sale of any more of the goods that carry her name and image according to newspaper The Sun.
Ora herself has declined to comment on the matter at the moment and is apparently focusing on her new music including her most recent single “I Will Never Let You down” which was produced by her boyfriend Calvin Harris.
“It's about having fun... and 'cause I take everything so seriously, I'm always a bit like work, work,” she said.
"He's like, you really need to just enjoy it. And I agree, so I'm just enjoying it right now. And I'm happy we kinda did it together. It's a nice little feeling for me, it makes it personal."
