Jack White has managed to break the world record for fastest studio to store time, managing to do so in just less than 4 hours.
The singer attempted the feat in honour of Record Store Day, his label Third Man Records announced.
White started the live recording session backed by a band featuring Fats Kaplin and Daru Jones and recorded two tracks, “Lazaretto” and a cover of the Elvis Presley song “Power of my Love”.
From the recording session, the physical copies were then pressed and packaged ready to be shipped to stores with the timer stopping at 3.55.
White then personally delivered and sold the records in stores with his record label tweeting: "TIME!!! One small 7" for man, one great record for mankind! #worldsfastestrecord #RSD14 #thirdmanrecords #jackwhite”.
