Dr Dre has lost a lawsuit that he filed against Death Row Records.

The rapper and business man sued the label which is now bankrupt three months ago for $3 million in mechanical loyalties, artist-producer loyalties, digital sales and bonus pay.

Dre had previously won a lawsuit against the label back in 2010 when he claimed that he hadn’t been paid any royalties for the album “The Chronic” since 1996 but he wasn’t so lucky this time around.

This isn’t the first time that Dre has been in the news recently. It emerged last week that the rapper will be selling his Beats Electronics company to technology giant Apple.

No further information has been given about the alleged take over.
