A fan of the late Michael Jackson is suing the singer’s estate because she is claiming that he does not actually feature on his 2010 posthumous album.

In the lawsuit, the fan claims that in particular songs “Monster”, “Breaking News” and “Keep Your Head Up” are unlikely to feature vocals from Michael after she allegedly hired an audio expert to analyse the songs.

Even Paris Jackson, the singer’s daughter has previously claimed that the album was fake saying: "It's not him. The whole album isn't even him.

"Go online, go on YouTube and look up Jason Malachi. That's him. I should know if it's him or not because he would sing to me all the time."

If the lawsuit is successful it could mean that anyone who bought the album could claim compensation.
