Pay Musicians With Free Music Downloads

In today's world, free music is a part of being an artist. Whether given away for exposure or downloaded illegally via torrents or other methods, paying for digital downloads is almost a thing of the past. For local artists, that's not good; it's THAT much harder to follow their dreams of being full time, professional musicians. Tunems.com hopes to be the answer.
You can't change peoples' habits of free downloading, but you can make it financially beneficial for the artists. Tunems.com uses a sponsorship system, NOT ads, to let people download free music while ensuring the artist gets paid for the downloads. If companies pay millions to have their name on stadiums, jerseys, and athletic fields, why wouldn't they pay a buck to have their name on a song? The sponsorships are unobtrusive, don't alter the song in any way, and don't come with pop up videos or ads. What they do come with is relationships with the bands and constant attention from the band's fans.
Fans don't pay for the download. Companies pay for the opportunity to sponsor their favorite artists and musicians. Check out the fundraiser here
