(Ringwood, NJ) -- Musician and Ringwood, New Jersey resident Rich Lynch wants to live under a dome but not like the one on the returning summer television hit on CBS, Under The Dome.
"There's a lot of negativity associated with the dome in Chester's Mill (the name of the unfortunate fictitious town on the show that has been cut off and covered by a seemingly demonic semisphere)," says Lynch who has watched the program since it began in 2013. "But, I want people to see the many good qualities and numerous benefits of residing in an alternative form like a dome home."
To do this he turned to the power of music and released his first ever single called "I Want to Live in a Dome" on the Internet in April and the response has so far exceeded his expectations.
"I'm happy with the results," said Lynch who reports that several feature articles and artist spotlights resulted from his first round of promotion. Lynch has served as the editor of SoundPress.net and host of an indie artist radio show for the past fifteen years. "I think I learned a lot from the thousands of press kits we received at the magazine and I know how hard it is to get noticed in the competitive field of the music industry."
And though the press and coverage has been notable to date he's looking for more.
In the song Lynch predicts that volumes will be written about him and his unique and ambitious dream to build a dome home. He reports that this foretelling is evidently coming true.
"The company that manufactures the type of dome we'd really love to build (Monolithic.com) featured us on their website home page and newsletter, we got some solid reviews along with a few good features. We're hoping to get more press before the next single drops on Labor Day."
To make that happen the full audio track of "I Want to Live in a Dome" has just been released on YouTube.

"We made it easier for the people to hear it and write about it," Rich added. "I want people to be open to how attractive the concept of living in a dome can really be."
"During the Season 2 opener of Under The Dome the dome took on magnetic qualities," Lynch said describing the new characteristics of the mysterious structure revealed during the episode. "I want people to be drawn to domes and to show them the positives of thinking outside the box."
"I really do want to live in a dome," says Lynch explaining that he's excited for the day he gets to move into one. "These forms are energy efficient, provide a flexible use of space, and have proven to be more disaster resistant than the traditional squares and rectangles that are the staples of our society."
The track - "I Want to Live in a Dome" by the Rich Lynch Band - is now available on iTunes and Amazon.com and trusted digital distributors everywhere.
Fans and aficionados of the future can support Lynch with his dream to build his dome by purchasing an MP3 of the forward thinking song that takes shape with a solid beat of piano-infused heartland rock.
