These Four Walls Announce New Single 'Rain'

These Four Walls made the jump over the puddle from New Zealand in 2013 and are now full-time in the land of Oz. They've settled in, adjusted to saying "thongs" instead of "jandals", "esky" instead of "chilly bin" and have laughed off the tired old jokes about Sheep from uncouth Aussies. But now it's time to get serious and put out some new music and start seeing their new home country on a tour.

Starting right now, they have new material for rock fans everywhere. Their new single, Rain, is a cut from their 2012 album "Living to Write the End", but they have a brand new live take on it with their new filmclip. They are putting out the clip to celebrate a run of dates through July and August down the East Coast of Australia, playing at venues such as The Coolangatta Hotel, The Bald Faced Stag and The Reverence Hotel. The film clip release is a live version of the single. They have three songs tracked live on the Gold Coast, the audio and video of which will be released week by week during their tour to fans.

Taking up residence on the Gold Coast, the NZ-now-OZ quartet are no strangers to success. Steve Gibb (Vocals, Guitar) and brothers Gray Vickers (Lead Guitar) and Brad Vickers (Drums) took the leap and left the security blanket of their success in their home country in 2013 to take a punt on cracking Australia, and have even picked up a new recruit, adding Brisbane local Elliot Burton (Bass Guitar) to the lineup.

Mind you, the security blanket they left in New Zealand was a very warm one - two Top 40 albums in NZ, two Top 10 Rock singles and multiple music videos. They supported international acts such as Disturbed and Trivium, as well as top Australian acts The Butterfly Effect and Karnivool on tours all over New Zealand. It's not been all XXXX and Meat Pies since moving to Australia though, they have supported artists such as Dead Letter Circus, The Getaway Plan, Electric Horse and Like Thieves since making themselves at home here.

These Four Walls are on tour through July and August and more information can be found at http://www.thesefourwallsband.com. "Living to Write the End" and it's single Rain is available on iTunes now. The Live versions of the songs will be made available at http://thesefourwalls.bandcamp.com.
