Australian judge Danni Minogue is said to be furious at being ousted from the X-Factor. Though nothing is officially confirmed, rumours are abound that this series of the X-Factor, will be the Australian performer’s last.

Despite often being the voice of intelligence on the show, as it would appear she is the only one that knows anything about the craft of singing, she is set to lose her role to Nicole Scherzinger who substituted for Cheryl Cole following her recent illness.

To Minogue’s credit, she has come out with the gloves off branding Simon Cowell, “Difficult to work with”, and has been often dismissive of his comments on the The Xtra Factor, the sidekick show to the main event. Part of the reason for the outbursts, are the cloak and dagger manoeuvring by Cowell to move Minougue out of the way.

The Pussycat Doll star, Nicole Scherzinger, came to prominence after judging the audition round of X-Factor, where she appeared to get on particularly well with Louis Walsh. She also seems popular with fans.

Danni Minogue is said to be planning a move back to Australia where judging the Australian X-Factor might be an option for the singer.
