Matt Cardle has sparked real concerns as he pulled out of a secret gig due to losing his voice. The X Factor favorite was unable to perform to a small crowd last night.

The gig was in London for Talk Talk competition winners. All the remaining X Factor stars performed except 27 year old Matt Cardle.

Matt spoke out and said he has felt unwell recently and his throat was just too sore to sing. He then added, he just hopes i gets better for this weekends X Factor.

Cardle has had problems before too in a previous X Factor show where he struggled to hit high notes. This forced him to see a singing specialist.

Matt Cardle has developed a big fan base and become some what of a heart throb of the show
