ITALY - Italian progressive metal act, Adimiron, has teamed up with Guitar World to launch a guitar play-through demonstration of the track "Liar's Paradox" from the band's fourth studio album, Timelapse, out now on Scarlet Records. The video also shows off the band's new custom Overload Guitars (https://www.facebook.com/OverloadCustomGuitarsAndBasses) model. Check it out online at: http://www.guitarworld.com/adimiron-premiere-liar-s-paradox-playthrough-video-exclusive.

"For the first time in our career, and after much research and experimentation, we've found the perfect guitars made for our hands and perfect to express all our musical intentions," guitarist Thomas Aurizzi told Guitar World. "The versatility that we can get out of this guitar is just incredible, allowing us to play everything from death metal to jazz music with extreme simplicity and a perfect sound. Also, in a track like 'Liar's Paradox,' composed by a fast ride at the beginning and a proggy dynamic structure in the middle, this guitar shows versatility both in the rhythmic and in the solo parts. We're very proud of this new collaboration with Overload Guitars and can't wait to hit the stage and studio with our new axes."

Released late last year, Adimiron's new album, Timelapse, mixes furious thrash riffs and progressive/avant-garde atmospheres with a post-death metal touch. This new, dark, sinister effort combines all of the elements that make Adimiron's sound so distinctive: rhythmic spasms and asymmetric textures embedded in a progressive and dramatic scenario. Focusing on the synthesis, Timelapse reveals fascinating and obscure landscapes with no boundaries of any kind.

"With Timelapse, we're trying to explore our relationship with the only aspect that cannot be modified in our lives: the flow of time," commented guitarist Alessandro Castelli. "The new album extends all our personal and daily feelings about the choices that compose our identity, a sort of glass sliding doors. But Timelapse is not only a mirror reflecting our inner tensions, it's like a 'portal' to our relationship with the surrounding world and how it's been modified from the beginning."
