Rockford, Illinois - On April 18th, National Record Store Day, James Rawson is partnering with each major record store in Rockford, IL and is playing a day tour with multiple performances at each store. These 12hrs of performances drive sales of his Record Store Day album pre release, and all of the money raised from this pre release goes to get Rawson’s new album on vinyl.


“Vinyl is important because you can hold it in your hands. Major artists like Death Cab for Cutie release on vinyl because vinyl holds significance. It’s a keepsake. It’s a medium that’s more than just files,” says Rawson.
