Melville, NY - -July 13, 2015 - -Korg USA Inc.’s headquarters in Melville, NY was exploding with forward-thinking strategies and innovative brainstorms when they recently hosted Korg and VOX leaders from Japan, the UK, and Italy during the company’s annual subsidiaries meeting.

“Despite our increasingly digital world--or maybe because of it--the power of in-person interaction is now more valuable than ever.” Shared Joe Castronovo, President and CEO of Korg USA Inc.   “Being able to sit around a conference table, as well as a dinner table, with colleagues from across the globe and have these face-to-face meetings to share visions and trends about our brands and the industry, really makes an impact on how we operate and greatly enhances how we service our customer as well as the development of new products.”

Executives from Korg Inc. Japan, Korg UK, Korg R&D Italy and R&D VOX UK came together and presented their experiences over the past year, reviewed annual reports and discussed aligning their strategic visions. They also discussed selling strategies, the strengths of the various distribution channels and the specific successes and needs in their own markets.

While in town, guests made sure they enjoyed local restaurants with fellow Korg employees, toured the offices and met individually with other departments including marketing, product support, sales, customer service and the warehouse to get to know more about the people who make up Korg USA Inc.

Korg’s Marketing Analysts Shiho Nakatsuka and John McCubbery, Korg’s VP of International Sales and Marketing, spent some time in the Korg sound room making beats on electribes and a variety of Volca’s.

“With a renewed sense of exhilaration, we all left this summit inspired and ready to execute the planned approach with our teams and face new challenges with enthusiasm. Our brands are growing and exceeding trends, and inspiring music makers around the world,” stated Andy Rossi, SVP of Sales and Marketing for Korg USA. “We want to keep that momentum moving forward and are very grateful to be able to share this experience with our fellow Korg-ites around the world. The passion of our employees to inspire is only matched by the passion of the musicians using Korg products to create.”
