After the news that Cheryl Cole will be moving to the US, it didn't take long before Simon Cowell suggested that she moved closer to his neighborhood. Cheryls mum Joan is also concerned about the safety of her new relocation.

Apparently Cheryl is set to move to Derek Hough's neighborhood which has been labeled as not safe.

Set to move to LA in the USA, reports suggest that Simon has basically said 'buy a house near me'. Simon lives in a classy mansion in North Palm Drive. An area famous for big names.

As the new  American X Factor series looms up, Cowell said this would be a perfect location for the female star.

“He knows how lonely it can be to start over in a new country and he wants her nearby,” a source told Heat.
