Former Boston Vocalist Unveils Concert Venture: Rock Stars & Stripes

From performing in one of the biggest bands in music history to forming his own production company, life-long vocalist and guitarist David Victor has announced the launch of what he describes as “the kind of show that audiences finally deserve” –  “ROCK STARS & STRIPES: The American Rock Experience.”

 

Victor, after years of touring the U.S. and abroad with a variety of successful artists (including serving as the former co-lead vocalist and guitarist for BOSTON), always felt that bands never developed a true, meaningful connection with the audience.

Therefore, he decided to change the way concerts were designed by literally making the audience and local community a part of the performance. In essence, the show would not be a celebration of the talent on the stage but a celebration of the community that enabled the music to be performed.

ROCK STARS & STRIPES performs music iconic to each area it visits (i.e. San Francisco, Boston, New York, etc.) and weaves visual and musical elements of the local city into every aspect of the show. Key to the show is a multimedia wall comprising video of the city itself, including the people, places and heroes that make it great. The show also honors a local community “hero” who has made a difference in that particular town or city. Thus, each performance of ROCK STARS & STRIPES is dramatically different than the next and completely original to that region.

ROCK STARS & STRIPES is already being well received by promoters and venues with shows booked throughout the summer and into 2017.
