Ed Roman Releases Veterans Benefit Video Featuring Award Winning Artists From Around The Glob

Award-winning Canadian singer/songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Ed Roman has released the music video for his Heart Songs for Veterans benefit, "Lay One Down." The video features clips from award-winning artists from around the world.

 

PITTSBURGH, PA - It started with an idea...to help his fellow man by creating art that would touch people's hearts and souls, inviting them to "pay it forward..."  That idea became a song..."Lay One Down" was released on Veterans Day 2015, as a benefit for Heart Songs For Veterans.  That song became an Interactive Global Music Video Initiative, with award-winning artists from around the world coming together over a period of two months, to contribute their time and talents to Ed Roman's "Lay One Down" music video.

Now, MTS Management Group and Ed Roman, in cooperation with Heart Songs For Veterans, are happy to announce the release of the music video for "Lay One Down." The video premiered on April 24th, on Ed's VEVO channel.  Watch it now at

Like the single, the video will help raise funds for the veterans organization.

Artists appearing in the music video alongside Roman include: Multi-Gold and Platinum singer/songwriter, Hicks (Sweden); Country Artist and Veteran, Amelia Presley (USA); Bravo TV's Kandi Factory Champion, Cory Singer (USA); Top 10 New Music Weekly chart artist, TJ Leonard (Sweden); Billboard Songwriter Award Winner, Ray Powers (USA);  International singer/songwriter, Darren Mullins (Hong Kong); Renowned Pottery Artist, Kim Harcourt Roman (Canada); Multi-award nominee, Nikki Briar (USA); Worship Leader/musician, Eddy Mann (USA); Dave Bagley (Canada); and Head of MTS Management Group, Michael Stover (USA).

"Lay One Down" was written and recorded by Ed Roman at Area 51 studios in Ontario, Canada. The track was produced by Michael Jack, during Ed's sessions for his upcoming 2016 album release, Red Omen.

Heart Songs For Veterans is a Music initiative created to help veterans, active military personnel and wounded warriors. Singer/Songwriters donate their new song releases, ep's or full length album's and a portion of the royalties are paid forward to Veteran organizations.
