Respect Your Legacy Records are taking on a  new direction in their musical releases. The plan now is to focus releases around certain events and periods in History that for whatever reason appear not to be given the profile they deserve.

This change is inspired by a new understanding of The Haitian Revolution and how powerful that moment of History was. Now the label is looking to work on a compilation to capture the spirit of the revolution.

The label, which is based in London UK, is hoping to collaborate with artists from around the world on this project. They are also keen to work with artists from Haiti
