Buzz Worthy Single Gains Over 24,000 Spotify Plays and Counting 

NASHVILLE, TN – Country music’s next big artist, Jared Wade, announces the release of his new EP We’ve Got the Summer, out Sept. 2. The highly anticipated sophomore EP is already generating rave reviews and industry buzz, with the lead single and title track “We’ve Got the Summer” garnering over 24,000 Spotify plays in less than 1 month. The Georgia native has assembled an a-list team of collaborators, sharing the producer’s chair with Ryan Youmans and calling upon an impressive list of co-writers including Rick Huckaby, Andrew Wills, Matt Chase, Danny Simpson, Kyle Stallons, and Ty Reynolds.

We’ve Got the Summer is a showcase of Wade’s production skills, vocal ability and songwriting craft. His ability to interpret a lyric shines through from the rocking up tempo “Just Enough” to the heartfelt ballad “Break My Heart” and laidback groovy “Summer Heat.” One can easily imagine Wade capturing a live crowd of thousands, which he already has. 

Without major label support Wade has successfully accomplished feats that even established artists struggle to achieve. He is a self-made social media phenomenon with over 55,000 Facebook likes and 11,000 loyal Instagram followers. He performed on Luke Bryan’s Farm Tour back-to-back years and has opened for major acts such as Tracy Lawrence, Jon Pardi, The Brothers Osborne and John Anderson. Add “TV Persona” to the list with Wade as a featured hunter on The Pursuit Channel’s “Outdoor Edge’s: Love Of The Hunt” and “Wild Adrenaline” with both shows also licensing his music.

Most recently Wade signed with performing rights organization SESAC, scouted by Nashville tastemaker Shannan Hatch, and celebrated the release of We’ve Got the Summer with a packed out crowd at Nashville’s 3rd & Lindlsey. Artists in attendance include Kip Moore, CJ Solar, comedian Joe Denim, and members of Lady Antebellum and Tracy Lawrence’s band.
