Music mogul Simon Cowell was dressed to kill at a James Bond themed birthday party held for his brother Nicholas.

The 50^th birthday party saw Cowell don a scar as he dressed up as the super villain Blofeld while his fiancée Mezhgan Hussainy was a stunning bond girl complete with toy gun at the bash.

Fellow X-Factor judge Louis Walsh also attended the party held in London's West End where guests enjoyed endless Martini cocktails, all shaken and not stirred and Bond music on a loop.

The evening may well have come as a welcome break for the multi millionaire who is currently preparing for the launch of the X-Factor on US television.

Recent rumours placed Lindsay Lohan as one of the potential judges on the hugely anticipated show however recent run ins with the law seem to have left Li-Lo high and dry with no chance of the troubled star taking one of the coveted seats on the panel.

A spokesman for Fox, the network screening the X-Factor in the US, said that Lindsay Lohan would not be part of the X-Factor equation.

According to reports producers have not talked to Lohan about joining the show which is due to hit the small screen in America in the autumn.
