The artist Howard Mack, credits influences such as No Doubt, Garbage and also Jazz greats such as Benny Goodman and Arty Shaw. An accomplished clarinetist he decides to delve into a more popular genre of pop , alternative, guitar melodies with jazz influences on this new release Now.

According to singer Howard Mack, Now is about “a snapshot or piece of life over the past year.” While songs like Happy and Sad reflect hardship and hope, the single Try Some reflect on perseverance and to try for something better in life.

Now is the follow up to the well received Summer Destinations EP featuring the single Happy Time.
