Canadian teen singing sensation Justin Bieber will be forever immortalised when his wax work model is unveiled at Madame Tussauds in London next month.
The singer, who was snubbed at the Grammy Awards earlier in the month, is currently being measured up by the professionals for his very own wax work which is rumoured to be costing the museum 150,000 pounds to create and has been in production for the past three months.
Another wax work of the “Never Say Never” star will be simultaneously unveiled at the Madame Tussauds museum in Amsterdam and America allowing Dutch and US fans the chance to get up close and personal with the wax version of Bieber.
Liz Edwards from madame Tussauds said: “Justin Bieber is truly a worldwide sensation. We have been absolutely inundated with requests from young fans from around the world to see him at Madame Tussauds.”
She added: “We are sure his fans will be just as delighted as we are that Justin will be joining the A-list here in March.”
Justin Bieber will be in good company at the museum and is will be in the interactive music zone where he is joined by global stars such as Amy Winehouse, Justin Timberlake and Lady Gaga.
He said: “I'm honoured to be getting my own wax figure at Madame Tussauds New York, London and Amsterdam. To be immortalised in wax alongside some of my idols – Michael jackson, Prince, Beyonce and my mentor Usher – is incredibly exciting and very cool.”
However the makers of the model will need to update the model to accommodate the latest haircut from Bieber.
Yesterday, february 21, Bieber tweeted: “Thinking about getting a haircut” and no sooner said than it was done and the famous “swoop” haircut as gone forever.
Justin Bieber tweeted: “Yeah so it's true...i got a lil haircut...i like it...and we are giving all the hair cut to CHARITY to auction. Details coming soon.”
