Somerville, MA: Galaxy Audio and Performer Magazine announce today that they have opened a nation-wide search for artists to win and demonstrate the capabilities of the new GPS-8 full-range personal monitor PA system. The promotion is open to legal residents from the contiguous United States, and entries are being accepted now through May 31, 2017. One dynamic product tester will be chosen the first week of June to win a brand-new GPS-8 system, and will demo the product through video and social media posts during the summer.

"We're honored to partner with Galaxy Audio and excited to discover a great artist to demonstrate the incredible capabilities of Galaxy's GPS-8 PA System," says Performer publisher William House.

“Galaxy Audio is excited to partner with Performer Magazine and dip into their pool of talented working musicians to put our GPS-8 full range personal monitor PA system through its paces. What a fantastic way to discover new artists and get our products put to use in real-world audio applications,” says Bacheus Jabara, Marketing Director for Galaxy Audio.

The ideal winner will combine the following qualities:
•They’ll be an artist with a healthy live schedule (solo or band).
•They’ll have video capabilities to demonstrate GPS-8’s practical functionality and features in real-world live situations.
•They’ll have an active social media following and can produce engaging content.

The selected artist will work closely with the staffs of Performer and Galaxy Audio to demonstrate how the GPS-8 performs by chronicling their behind-the-scenes experiences, as well as being featured in an upcoming issue of Performer.
