Justin Bieber has hit the emerald isle and it seems that his charms are working on the Irish as well as they do else where in the world.

The teen star has been out and about in Dublin prior to taking to the stage in the capital and has been causing a stir as fans gather in the streets of the capital hoping for a glimpse of the “Baby” star.

Justin Bieber tweeted earlier: “Relaxin in Dublin. Irish fans are no joke.”

It was reported that fans eager to see their idol flocked to Grafton Street area of Dublin and according to reports some teenage fans were heard screaming the name of their idol as they went from shop to shop trying to track him down.

The singer is due to play two sold out concerts at the O2 Arena in Dublin tonight (Tuesday) and tomorrow (Wednesday).

Meanwhile, Justin Bieber has spoken out about his admiration of British women. IN an interview with The People he said: “You guys have some very hot women, that's for sure. I think Emma Watson is really pretty.”

He added: “I have always said how hot Cheryl Cole was. If she had been younger I would have asked her out on a date. Some women who are as hot as that walk about knowing they are hot and that's really unattractive.

“But I have met Cheryl a few times and as well as being hot she is also somebody who makes you feel comfortable. She is really funny too.”

Justin Bieber also spoke of his desire to work with the X Factor star in the future: “Hopefully when she is in the US I am going to have the chance to get some recording time with her and see what we can come up with. It would be cool to work with her.”
