While Busta is expected to be the main draw of the show other acts confirmed as playing include Mr Lover Lover himself, Shaggy, Sean Paul, Gyptian and Skepta.
The One Love Peace show will be taking place at Wembley Arena on July 31 and will mark the first time that Busta Rhymes has played in the UK for three years.
Busta Rhymes said: “I can't wait to get back to the UK. It's been three years since I last performed her so I am dying to tear the roof of Wembley Arena.”
He added: “When I am done, your gonna remember it for a long time to come. Get ready because it's about togo down!”
The One Love Peace festival is returning for the first time in 20 years to mark the 30th anniversary of the death of reggae legend Bob Marley.
During the festival there will be special tributes performed by the acts paying homage to the king of reggae.
A stamp of approval of the festival has been given in the form of Bob Marleys own son, Ky Mani Marley, who will also be taking to the stage during the event to perform a selection of his most famous hits in what promises to be a memorable concert for fans and participants.
