Welsh singer Hannah Grace has recently released a video accompaniment to her ballad, “Oh River” on her Facebook page and YouTube channel.

The video has already garnered 20,500 Youtube views, and an impressive 1 million on Facebook. Earlier today she posted on her Facebook page saying:

"I can't believe this video has over 1 million views!! 💕

I'm so touched by all of your amazing comments and by everyone sharing their stories. Thank you so much! H x"

The music video, produced by Bee Happy Productions, asks the question: If you could relive or change any moment in your life, what would it be?

Responses are played over the song’s melody, and range in detail and subject. Some say they want just one more day with their Nana, and others want to relive the moment their family purchased their pet dog, Pepper. All of the responses, however, involve at least one common characteristic, the power of love.

Ms. Grace’s song “Oh River” also explores the theme of love and remembrance: “Oh, river flow, where you running to, my friend? Oh, river hold onto hope so we can still pretend.” Like time, the river in Ms. Grace’s song flows away, carrying with it memories of the past.

“Be with the ones you’re with. Time is love so let it live. If we go, if we let go, it’s gone.” These lyrics speak to the time that we spend with our loved ones. It asks us to cherish these moments, because like the river, they’re fast-moving and fleeting.

Oh River is a song about reminding yourself to be present in the moment,” artist Hannah Grace states, “especially when you are with the people you love.

“I wanted this music video to feature real people and to highlight the beauty in both the big and small moments in life. I was so overwhelmed with how open and honest people were with us. I’m so grateful to everyone who shared their amazing stories.”

The 25-yr.-old has released three EPs, and her debut album is due out later this year and will feature “Oh River.” Ms. Grace is signed to Never Fade Records, which is associated with other artists including Hozier, Train, and Seal. Her singing style is most often categorized as ‘Soul,’ but features Pop and Rock elements as well.

“I want it to be me,” Ms. Grace speaks about her upcoming album with albumism.com. “I want my album to really sum up who I am, both as a person and as a singer. I want every lyric to be something I’d say in real life, something I believe, and something that means something to me, whether it’s happy or sad!”

If  “Oh River” and its accompanying music video are any indication, she’s succeeded.
