NASHVILLE, TN – California-based acoustic guitar outfitter LR Baggs has signed with the Richlynn Group – a musician-tailored PR company – for Artist Relations.
The deal will include the Richlynn Group’s providing LR Baggs with a steady booking of musical artists to appear on their LR Baggs Presents live-performance video series and Maker’s Mic podcast.
LR Baggs, a renowned music brand that creates pickups, preamps, and pedals for acoustic guitars, also produces various types of PA systems. Their deal with the Richlynn Group is no doubt aimed to highlight the quality of these accessories - their reputation already strong - as well as highlight the skills of musical artists supplied by the Group.
With over 16,000 subscribers and 7.5 million views already, LR Baggs’ YouTube page is dedicated to showcasing both well-known and up-and-coming artists. Past artists include: Tyler Childers, Kacey Musgraves, Charlie Worsham, John Oates, Sturgill Simpson, Peter Frampton, Gangstagrass, Valerie June, Siera Hull and Joshua Headley. New acoustic accessories produced by LR Baggs are also visible on their YouTube channel, the featured video an advertisement for LR Baggs’ Align Series Reverb Petal.
Maker’s Mic, the podcast produced by LR Baggs, hosts musical artists to discuss their craft in spoken word. This interview format provides the artist an avenue to speak to their audience instead of performing for them, to give their audience advice on how to ‘make it’ like they have. The deal between LR Baggs and the Richlynn Group will influence both the YouTube series and the podcast.
The Richlynn Group is based in the rock music epicenter of Nashville, Tennessee. Home to Kings of Leon, Lady Antebellum, and Big & Rich, Nashville serves as a more-than-adequate meeting place between the two music companies, as LR Baggs Presents and Maker’s Mic are both already produced within the music hub.
