International blues/rock guitarist and singer Ben Poole will record a new live double album next month, to be released by House Of Tone Records on October 25th. The record will be recorded at three exclusive concerts in Barnsley, London and Kendal.

This will be Poole's first live album in five years - following 2014's BBC recorded Live At The Royal Albert Hall - and as such will showcase songs from his two acclaimed recent studio albums live for the first time. Live tracks will include selections from 2016's 'Time Has Come' and 2018's 'Anytime You Need Me' - which featured the storming bluesy cover of Don Henley classic Dirty Laundry. The three concerts from which the live album will be drawn are as follows: Barnsley’s Old Schoolhouse on Tuesday July 23rd, London’s The Half Moon in Putney on Wednesday July 24th and Bootleggers in Kendal, Cumbria on Thursday July 25th. Poole's longtime collaborator and producer Wayne Proctor (ex-King King, Ainsley Lister) will also feature on drums at all three events.  Tickets for the three gigs are available now from: http://benpooleband.com/live

Fans can also use the ticket links to pre-order hand-signed, numbered copies of the double live album at a discounted price, plus an exclusive limited-edition t-shirt.

Poole's most recent album, the aforementioned 'Anytime You Need Me' has gained praise from all quarters. It was recorded at Superfly Studios in Ollerton, Nottinghamshire and produced by Wayne Proctor.  With a harder edged sound and focus on writing memorable songs it's proving to be the perfect distillation of Poole's career so far. The new lvie album will aim to capture the exciting atmosphere and electric performance he brings to all his live shows.
