Earlier this week the pop and rock music icon Adam Lambert released the video for his new single “Comin In Hot”.

The video starts off with intensely bright colored visuals giving us a 70s rock feel. Throughout the song, we hear Lambert singing about his intense attraction to his lover and see him eyeing his lover inside of a steamy nightclub. The directors of the music video, Miles and Aj, add another element to the video by featuring Miss Shalae who plays a witch casting spells on multiple people in the club causing their eyes to turn highlighter green.  As far as the song itself, “Comin in Hot” was produced by The Monarch who made the song a heavy-based track with funky elements. When such a soundscape is matched with Adam Lambert's highly pitched vocals, “Comin In Hot” immediately can grab anyone's attention. No wonder the artists received so much love when he performed “Comin in Hot” live in New York on Good Morning America just a few days ago.

Adam Lambert’s music career really skyrocketed after his debut on the hit television show American Idol back in 2009. Since then, the pop and rock icon has released multiple studio albums, starred in several films, and has been a public advocate for social issues including LGBTQ rights. The track “Comin in Hot” is simply a preview of what is to come next musically from the Lambert later this year. Specifically, in September, Adam Lambert is rumored to be releasing SIDE: the first half of his next album titled VELVET. Adam Lambert is also prepping for his extended tour with the British rock band Queen.
