As one of the rising names in the world of country music, Adam Hambrick has been generating plenty of interest with his clever, catchy song writing, lyrical intelligence, and sublime vocal ability.
Having already penned hits for various artists including Miranda Lambert and Eli Young Band, as well as number one records for Dan + Shay (How Not To) and Justin Moore (Somebody Else Will), Hambrick is ready to step into the limelight with the release of his own new single Forever Ain’t Long Enough.
His first single, Rockin’ All Night Long, was a testament to youthful excess, long summer nights and the feeling of everything being possible, and it turned a lot of heads in the industry. Forever Ain’t Long Enough is a record cut from the same cloth: a vibrant, catchy, but beautifully simple long song that looks set to win the Nashville-based artist a plethora of new fans.
It’s accompanied by a gloriously retro video that sees Hambrick pay homage to classic movies and TV shows of the 80s and 90s.
Writing on his official website, Hambrick said: “I’ve always found there is an innate power in music. When you say something, you say it, but when you sing it, there’s a level of intentionality and force behind the weight of the words. So it’s a different thing. I love getting to sing these songs and mean them. To sing a song and mean it, you have to be saying something substantial.”
With his success to date and Forever Ain’t Long Enough looking set to continue his meteoric rise, it’s a message that whets the appetite for a full-length release. Thankfully, Hambrick is currently working with producers Andrew DeRoberts (James Blunt, Miley Cyrus) and Paul DiGiovanni (Blake Shelton, Jordan Davis) on that hotly anticipated debut album.
