Singer, songwriter, producer and multi-instrumentalist Georgia has confirmed her new album Seeking Thrills will be released on January 10th 2020 through Domino Records.
A new single – Never Let You Go – taken from the album is out now, and features a music video directed by Joseph Connor.
A pulsating barrage of synth, drums and infectious melody, Never Let You Go is the third release from the new album, after Started Out – which was released last November – and About Work The Dancefloor, which followed in March of this year.
In a message posted on her official Facebook page, Georgia said: “I’m so excited to announce that my new single Never Let You Go is out NOW, and my new album Seeking Thrills is out on January 10th!!
“This past year has been the biggest adventure and I want to thank you all for your support along the way – of Started Out, About Work The Dancefloor, at my shows and festivals all around the world! So much time, energy and love has gone into this record and I can’t wait to share it with you soon.”
Seeking Trills is the long-awaited follow up to Georgia’s gloriously eclectic self-titled debut album, which was written, recorded and produced entirely in her home studio, and was released back in 2015 to numerous excellent reviews.
Born and raised in north-west London, Georgia was a promising footballer before she turned to music, and had stints playing for Queens Park Rangers and Arsenal Ladies.
Prior to the launch of her solo career, she played drums professionally, including with Kwes and Kate Tempest.
